Initially, I could not justify PulsaCoil Groups’ prices, then after three local engineer visits and two weeks without hot water, my wife justified it for me! ;-). She called PulsaCoil Group who quickly ascertained that the fault was with the time clock, and not the PulsaCoil. It was fixed in under an hour and to think we spent more money calling other local engineers when these guys repaired it so quickly. My recommendation is don’t let people mess around with something they have no idea about. Call these guys.
