On arrival there were clear signs that the boiler was leaking badly. The following week, engineers returned with a brand new boiler. They drained down the old PulsaCoil 3, replaced it with an Advance boiler, filled and tested.

I have been having trouble with my boiler for quite a few months. I kept putting off getting it repaired as it is quite expensive to have them fixed! Unfortunately, my worst fears were confirmed when the engineers arrived and told me that it was beyond saving and that I would need to have it replaced. Thankfully the boiler price was heavily discounted as PulsaCoil Group took the price of the call out off of the boiler replacement charge. I’ve not had any issues with getting hot water since and the installation was a lot quicker than I thought it would be. Thank you
