Not sure whether your PulsaCoil actually needs replacing?

A fault does not always mean the cylinder needs replacing. If the existing unit may still be repairable, have it assessed before committing to a replacement.

What happens when we replace your PulsaCoil?

Where our installation service is available, we manage the replacement process from confirming the correct model through to commissioning the new thermal store.

Step 1

Confirm the replacement

We establish the appropriate model and check the important installation details.

Step 2

Remove the old unit

Your existing thermal store is disconnected and removed from the installation area.

Step 3

Install the replacement

The new thermal store is connected to the appropriate plumbing and electrical services.

Step 4

Test & commission

The replacement is tested and commissioned before the installation is completed.
