** Please be advised that the PulsaCoil Stainless 210L is not supplied with the white round feed and
expansion tank shown in Gledhills’ images. The correct feed and expansion tank for this model is a
black rectangular unit as depicted below.
Our prices include delivery to Mainland Great Britain. This only applies to England and Wales. Scotland is standard delivery only and may take longer than one day.
IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend getting your cylinder delivered 1-2 days before it will be installed. We use a pallet company to deliver, and they will deliver to your property, but will not take goods inside your house or into your apartment. They will be delivered to the kerbside. All cylinders are a two-man lift, so you will need someone to help you get it inside your property or get a sack truck. View all of our terms and conditions here.

Sizing a thermal store cylinder need not be complicated. If the cylinder is correctly sized from the outset there will be no risk of running out of hot water and waiting for the cylinder to heat up again.
The easiest way to remember sizing a cylinder is the bigger the property, the larger the cylinder required. You should always allow between 35 and 45 litres for every resident in the household. It is, however, difficult to generalise when personal habits and lifestyle play a large factor in total hot water usage. Always consult the residents in the household when choosing a cylinder size and consider the following:
The following three hot water consumption categories can be used as a guideline for how much hot water a person uses a day. The estimated water consumption daily per person can then be multiplied by how many residents are in the household to give you a daily hot water total usage:
Low Consumption: 20-30 litres
Average Consumption: 30-50 litres
High Consumption: 50-70 litres
On these calculations, a standard four-person household would require a minimum of a 200-litre hot water tank. It is this process of calculating hot water consumption which is used by the EU energy labelling scheme. It is ultimately the responsibility of the installer to calculate the correct size tank required to prevent the residents from running out of hot water.
If PulsaCoil Group have not previously attended the installation address, and the homeowner has sized the boiler incorrectly. PulsaCoil would advise the client against installing the correctly sized thermal store. A thermal store that is too small could lead to never having enough hot water and/or a thermal store that is overworked., leading to frequent repairs and premature breakdowns. This will lead to the invalidation of the manufacturer’s warranty and non-compliance with Building Regulations. This can lead to complications when it comes time to sell your property.
If the property owner is adamant that PulsaCoil install an incorrectly sized cylinder a waiver/discharge of liability letter will be required from the property owner.
If an installation is cancelled or postponed 24 hours or more prior to the appointment date, no charge will apply. If an installation is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment date, a call-out fee of £199.99 will be charged.
All cylinders are made bespoke to order and, as such, if an installation is cancelled and no re-booking is made within seven days of the cancellation, a charge of 45% of the cost of the cylinder will be deducted prior to issuing a refund.

Due to the cylinders being manufactured to order they usually take 10-14 working days to be delivered to us, that is if we haven’t already got one in stock. The installation itself takes between 3-5 hours and will be completed on the date it’s scheduled.
Please be advised if you require a time clock there is an additional charge of £175, if you are unsure if the property requires a new time clock our engineers can confirm this on the date of installation.
In regard to booking an installation, full payment is required at the time of order.
Parking is to be provided by the tenant/homeowner for the duration of the installation. If PulsaCoil Group subsequently has to pay parking charges, congestion charges or low emission zone charges, this will be added to the final invoice.
