Returns Policy
Before ordering please ensure the product you are ordering is suitable for your requirements. Orders cancelled prior to delivery may incur an admin cost or restock charge.
Upon receipt of delivery goods must be checked and any damages or shortages PulsaCoil Group must be notified within 48 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order, we require written confirmation by:

For goods no longer required / wrongly ordered a photograph of the goods is needed before anything is arranged to prove that they are in their original condition.
Within 15 days – PulsaCoil Group will collect at a cost of £75 + VAT or the customer can send the goods back themselves at their own cost. The goods still need to be in their original condition for this offer.
After 15 days – the above applies in addition to a 45% re-stocking charge.
After 30 days – we will collect at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the product is returned in the same condition it arrived, utilising, as far as possible, the original packing material and pallet.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations apply to sales to consumers made by sellers in the course of business made at a distance where there is no face to face contact.
If you purchase a product from our website you are entitled to cancel within 7 working days from receipt of goods and receive a refund within 30 days from the cancellation date once goods have been returned to PulsaCoil Group.
