Office staff answered on the first ring, explained that it would be best to book an appointment online. Smooth and hassle free, and I was phoned an hour later to confirm the appointment.
The engineers came 2 days later and quickly confirmed what I had already assumed – a split cylinder. They returned the following week with a new boiler which was fitted within 2 hours. Engineers were polite and tidy. Thank you very much.
