Upon arrival, engineers found that the pump was no longer working. Unfortunately the product has been discontinued, so the customer had a replacement boiler fitted the following week.

I first called this company as my boiler had stopped producing hot water. I had filled up my reservoir as I usually would, it didn’t work. I called PulsaCoil Group and the engineer let me know that the part needed to repair it were not available anymore – not the best news. However the next week I had a new boiler installed quickly by these engineers and I haven’t had any issues since – thank you.
