I called a local gas plumbing and heating company that spent 3.5 hours messing with my PulsaCoil. It still didn’t work.

I then called PulsaCoil Group, they attended and found that the other company had messed with the wiring and fitted a socket in my boiler. This was an expensive lesson as PulsaCoil Group had found that my flatmate had simply turned off our timer by mistake.

All wiring was corrected and at least now I have 12-months cover on the boiler. Should have called you guys in the first place.
