Engineers visited my properly and confirmed my worry – that the boiler was no longer able to be repaired. Fortunately I had opted for a fixed price repair, so the price of the boiler was discounted and thankfully the money I had already paid was taken off the new boiler. Engineers returned the following week to install my new boiler, which I must say is working a lot better! They were quick and tidy, very happy with the service provided.
