It was clear when the engineers arrived that the boiler was split and leaking. They returned the following week with a brand new boiler. They drained down the PulsaCoil A Class, fitted the new Advance boiler, filled it and tested.

Unfortunately, not the news I had hoped for. I had to fork out for a brand new boiler, having not long ago moved in to my property. Not the fault of this company though – they were very helpful and empathetic when I told them about my situation. The job was completed quickly and I haven’t had issues with my hot water since.
